This Tai Chi program is medical evidence based, designed to be safe and effective. Ideal for thriving with Parkinson’s, stroke rehab, arthritis. CDC, Arthritis Foundation, Council on Aging endorsed. A lifestyle of balance and harmony. Everyone can benefit. No experience or special clothing required. Go deeper with your existing practice. Adaptable to your level of mobility, even seated.

Bring your own yoga mat, block, strap, and blanket. Enjoy a dynamic, flowing style practice with deep rhythmic breathing, effective stretching, and strengthening, and complete body awareness. Medical Supply Lending Closet
CACC-UCC has a few medical supplies that are available to individuals for short term use on a sign-out basis. The supplies must be signed out through the office. After use, the item should be cleaned before returning and being signed back in.
- Wheelchairs
- Walkers
- Crutches
- Quad cane
- Over-bed table
- Raised toilet seats
- Bath bench

Monthly Blood Pressure Check
We provide blood pressure checks for CACC-UCC members and friends at 9:15 am on the second Sunday of each month. This is usually in the chapel.
